Me Claudia Di Iorio, a business law attorney, recently joined the board of directors of the Fondation de l’Institut de tourisme et d’hotellerie du Quebec (ITHQ). She brings extensive governance experience, gained through various roles in public and private organizations.
Since 2017, she has served on the board of directors of the Societe de l’assurance automobile du Quebec (SAAQ). She also previously sat on the boards of the Fondation de la Croix-Bleue and Bitzero, a company operating in the field of blockchain data centers. From 2013 to 2022, she was a member of the board of the Bureau de taxi de Montreal during a period of regulatory and sectoral transformation.
Her roles on these boards involved active participation in governance-related activities, including analyzing governance issues, developing organizational strategies, managing risks, and coordinating with institutional stakeholders. Alongside these commitments, she continues her legal practice as a member of the Barreau du Quebec, specializing in business law, particularly in matters involving governance, compliance, and organizational structuring.
As part of her mandate with the ITHQ Foundation, Me Di Iorio leverages this experience to contribute to the organization’s strategic direction and development in the tourism, hospitality, and restaurant sectors.
